What we do

We turn the calls and footage you share into short videos of you, then caption, schedule and post them on the accounts you connect, at the pace of your plan. With your calendar on the 25th you also get ready-to-film video briefs, and on the 1st a monthly report.

Month to month

• Plans run month to month and are billed on the same date each month.
• Cancel with 14 days’ notice.
• You can step down from Daily to Three a week, or pause free for up to 2 months. We keep your clip bank and style ready.
• If a payment fails, we retry for 3 days, then pause posting until it’s sorted.

Month-one refund

If you don’t love your first 5 videos, tell us by day 7 and we refund month one in full. You keep the videos.

To qualify: your intake and content rules are done first, you give us written notes on the 5 videos, and it’s one refund per company.

On-schedule guarantee

Every video you’re owed posts on schedule, or next month is free.

A miss counts only when it’s our fault. Platform outages, an expired sign-in on your side, or an account you paused don’t count. We don’t guarantee views or followers; nobody honestly can.

You own the videos

You own every finished video we make for you, and you keep owning your footage. You can use the videos anywhere, during and after your plan.

Recording consent

You confirm that you have the right to share every recording you send us, and that everyone on it knew it was recorded. We remove everyone but you before editing, but getting that consent is your responsibility.

Approval and hands-off mode

By default you approve each video on a weekly review page. If you choose hands-off mode, you sign off your content rules once, and you give us authority to approve and post videos that fall within those signed rules.

Anything outside the rules waits for your OK and is skipped if you don’t answer. Posts are scheduled at least a day ahead, and replying “pull” to the daily digest removes one before it runs.

Confidentiality

We sign a mutual NDA, ours or yours, before we touch any call. How recordings are stored, who can see them and when they’re deleted is set out in How we handle calls.
