How we handle calls

An NDA comes first

Before we touch any client call, we sign our mutual NDA, or yours if you prefer.

For the free video you can take the same path. Email us at contact@capii.info before you send the link and we send the NDA first. We won’t open any recording until it’s signed. You can also skip client calls entirely and send a public video or podcast episode of you talking.

Only the calls you choose

We use external sales and client calls that you choose to share. We never use internal, HR, legal or executive calls. You agree the call rules at kickoff and can pull any call at any time.

If a notetaker joins your calls for us, it joins only the calls you tag and announces itself when it joins.

You confirm that everyone on a call knew it was recorded. That consent is yours to get; we ask you to confirm it every time you send a recording.

Only you appear

Prospects and clients never appear in anything we make. Their faces, voices, names and companies are removed before anything is edited.

No client names, deal sizes, numbers or private details go into any video or caption. If you work in a regulated field, we keep return figures and promises off screen, and we can loop in your compliance person if you have one.

Who can see a recording

Recordings stay in private, access-restricted storage. Only the Capii team working on your account can open them.

Nothing posts without you

Nothing is posted unless you approved it, or it falls inside content rules you signed. That second option is hands-off mode: you sign off your rules once (approved topics, never-say words, people never to mention) and we approve inside them.

• Anything outside your rules waits for your OK. If you don’t answer, it’s skipped, not posted.
• Posts are scheduled at least a day ahead, and you get a daily digest.
• Reply “pull” to the digest and that post is removed before it runs.

Deleted on a clock

• Raw recordings are deleted after 30 days.
• Transcripts are deleted after 90 days.
• Anything is deleted on request. Email contact@capii.info and say what you want removed.

The finished videos are yours. They stay on your accounts and in your files.

No passwords

You never hand us a login. Every connection uses the platform’s own sign-in, a key you can revoke, or a plain link.

• Instagram, TikTok and YouTube: each platform’s own sign-in (OAuth). You can disconnect us from the platform’s settings at any time.
• Fathom: an API key you create in your Fathom settings. It’s a key, not a password, and you can revoke it any time.
• Podcasts: a public feed or channel link. No login at all.
• Raw takes: a shared folder link. Folder sharing only, no account access.
