Capii · Signal engineering for Meta advertisers

We point Meta's
algorithm at your buyers.

Capii builds the data layer between your sales process and your Meta ads.
Your closed deals become the algorithm's training data, and the dashboard proves it in collected cash.
One buildout, one invoice... and you own everything it creates.

A worked example · Meta ads, high-ticket funnel

Two ads. Same budget. Ads Manager crowns the wrong one.

This is the pattern we keep finding in the accounts we open.
The numbers below are illustrative... the mechanics are not.

Ad 1

Spend$9,800
Booked calls214
Cost per call$46

Ads Manager's read: your winner. Scale it.

Ads Manager's visibility ends here
Showed up66
Passed your qualifiers9
Deals closed1
Cash collected$8,000

False winner. One deal that never covered its own spend.

Ad 2

Spend$9,800
Booked calls81
Cost per call$121

Ads Manager's read: underperformer. Kill it.

Ads Manager's visibility ends here
Showed up60
Passed your qualifiers41
Deals closed6
Cash collected$54,000

Actual winner. Six of the seven clients came from here.

After the booking, Ads Manager goes quiet.
Whether the prospect showed, who passed your qualifiers, which call turned into a wire... none of it makes the report.

So the media buyer does the reasonable thing. Scales Ad 1, starves Ad 2.
Every number on the screen said so.

The loop reverses that decision.
Budget follows collected cash, and next month gets built on the ad that produces buyers.

The false-winner pattern is what a data-layer review finds in your account... live, on the call.

Where Capii sits

Not an agency. Not another dashboard subscription.

We build the data layer between your sales process and Meta once. You own every wire and the custom dashboard that proves it in collected cash... one invoice, no retainer, no monthly seat.

Agencies

Rent a retainer

Media buying on a monthly engagement. The work stays with them.

SaaS attribution

Rent the same screens

Another subscription for the same dashboards everyone else rents.

Capii builds the wires Meta needs; the dashboard is how you see true CAC... not a monthly attribution seat.

Where Meta goes dark

Meta watches the first two steps of your sale. You get paid on the fifth.

An algorithm can only aim at an outcome it can observe.
So every dollar you spend gets aimed at the booking... the last thing Meta ever watched happen.

How it works · server-side Conversions API

We rewire what Meta gets told when you make money.

One buildout. Three moves. After that, every sale you close trains the algorithm that buys your next one.

  1. Connect the systems you already run

Your CRM, call software, and ad account. Nothing migrates, and your team keeps its tools.

    CRM HubSpot GoHighLevel Salesforce
    Scheduling Calendly iClosed Saleskick
  2. Define the four money events

Booked, shown, offer made, closed and collected... each fired back to Meta server-side, matched to a real person.

Call shown Zoom Gong Fathom Fireflies
    Agreement DocuSeal
    Payment Stripe Shopify Whop FanBasis
  3. The loop takes over

Your account stops optimizing for bookers and starts pattern-matching the people who pay you.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Will this disturb my live campaigns?

No. Nothing migrates and nothing gets rebuilt. Events go live server-side first, then your ad sets cut over one at a time... your account never absorbs the change all at once.

What do you connect to?

Any CRM with an API: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Pipedrive. Your scheduler and call stack, whether that's iClosed, Zoom, or a recorder like Fathom. And Meta, through the Conversions API.

Unusual stack? Wiring odd systems together is most of what we do... bring it to the call.

Do you need my ad account login?

Never. You grant partner access from your own Business Manager, and the pre-build audit runs on read-only access you can revoke any time. Credentials stay yours.

What is the data layer between sales and Meta?

CAPii is a one-time build that wires closed-won and collected-cash outcomes from your CRM, scheduler, and collections back into Meta—so the algorithm trains on buyers, not form fills.

Server-side delivery (Conversions API) is just the pipe those events travel through. The product is which outcomes you send, not “SST setup” as a standalone service.

How do you decide which leads get reported back to Meta?

It filters before it fires. A lead that fails your qualifiers never triggers a money event, so the algorithm only ever trains on people who passed... it learns the shape of a qualified buyer, not a form-filler.

Every event that does fire goes out enriched: email, phone, name, IP address, and click ID attached. That's what pushes event match quality (EMQ) to 9 and above, where Meta matches conversions to real people instead of modeling guesses.

Is the dashboard the same for everyone?

No. The columns follow your funnel. A webinar business tracks registration to close, a call business tracks booked, shown, offer, collected. Same engine underneath... your stages on the screen.

And because we build it rather than rent it to you, changing your funnel later means the dashboard changes with it.

My buyers take weeks to close. Does Meta still get the signal?

Meta's ad sets only optimize on conversions inside seven days of the click, and most high-ticket deals close later than that.

So we capture the click at the scheduler and match every closed deal back to the exact campaign, ad set, and ad... our record, not Meta's window. Your buyers reach the seed audiences no matter when they close.

How long does it take?

Events are flowing within 72 hours of kickoff. Ad sets cut over one at a time after that, and the loop keeps training itself from every close... no rebuild ever needed.

What does it cost?

One flat fee, quoted after your audit call, paid once. No subscriptions, no percentage of ad spend, no per-seat pricing.

Everything we build is yours on handover... the events, the audiences, the dashboard.
