What we collect
When you ask for a free video: your work email, the link you send (a recording, a public video, or your website or LinkedIn), and your confirmation that you can share it.
When you become a client: the recordings and transcripts you share, your intake answers and content rules, your account connections (platform sign-ins and keys you can revoke, never passwords), and billing details handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it
- To make your free video and moment list, and to send them to you.
- To follow up about your free video and the first-month preview.
- For clients: to make, schedule and post your videos, and to send your calendar and monthly report.
We don’t put prospects or clients from your calls in anything we make. Their faces, voices, names and companies are removed before editing. See How we handle calls.

Who processes it
We use service providers to host this site and its form, store data, send email, transcribe and process recordings, take payments, and post to your accounts. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Ask us for the current list at contact@capii.info. A data processing addendum is available on request.

How long we keep it
- Raw recordings: deleted after 30 days.
- Transcripts: deleted after 90 days.
- Anything else: deleted on request.
Only the Capii team working on your account can open your recordings.

Your choices
Email contact@capii.info to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can disconnect any platform sign-in or revoke any key you gave us at any time, from that platform’s own settings.

This website
This site doesn’t set tracking cookies. The home page serves its fonts from our own server. These policy pages load theirs from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
