Capii · Our story

Built by marketers who got tired of guessing.

Capii wasn't started by software people looking for a market.
It was started by marketers who kept hitting the same wall in different industries... and decided to build through it.

The story

The same hole, from two directions.

Capii started on a sales floor in financial services, one of the hardest markets Meta allows.
One of our founders spent years scaling paid social there... spend climbing from hundreds a day to thousands, calendars full of booked calls, reporting that looked better every week.

And underneath it, a problem no dashboard would admit.
The platform knew what every ad cost, and had no idea what any ad earned.
Deals closed weeks after the click, on the phone, inside a CRM no pixel would ever see.

So he started wiring the missing half by hand.
Closed deals sent back to the algorithm. Revenue matched to the exact ad that started it. Audiences seeded from buyers instead of bookers.
CAC fell. The idea behind Capii was born right there: the algorithm aims at whatever it can see... feed it the truth and it aims at buyers.

The conviction sharpened when it met the same hole in a completely different world.
Another of our founders ran organic growth for an industrial manufacturer.
Rankings climbed, traffic climbed, organic revenue climbed... and every month brought the same guess: which piece of the work actually did it?

Dozens of optimizations shipped, and no way to point at the ones that moved money.
It was the ads question wearing different clothes... out of everything you're doing, what actually earns?

Different channels, same missing line.
Every tool we tried rented us a prettier view of it.
So we built the line itself. Capii is that build, productized.

What we believe

Four convictions run through everything we build.

  • Revenue is the only report card.
Clicks, calls, and impressions are inputs. We measure marketing the way a CFO does: in collected cash.
  • Platforms learn what you feed them.
An algorithm trained on bookings buys bookings. Trained on buyers, it buys buyers. Signal is a diet, and most accounts are malnourished.
  • You should own your data layer.
Events, audiences, dashboards... built once, handed over, yours. Renting your own numbers back from a subscription never sat right with us.
  • Software company. Not an agency.
We don't touch your ads, your creative, or your offer. We build the layer underneath and get out of the way.

The fastest way to know us is to let us look at your account.

20 minutes, run by the marketing engineer who'd build your loop.
We find the false winner, you keep the findings either way.
